Discussion on Diocesan Audit For example, on page 7 Men’s/Women’s Clubs no longer in existence.

Chris from Brown Accounting has updated QuickBooks.

Responses on categories in Audit will be Father Leo only, by the end of the week.

St. Rose, Parish Council and Finance Committee continue to ask for more volunteers. Each of this committee will make recommendations.

Discussion Virtus Training: Saturday, October 12.

Profit and Loss: St Patrick in the black.

St. Rose funds in item 1010 for Mother’s and Father’s Day moved to item 1040. St. Rose in red -$6642.89.

St Patrick Reconciliation of Checking: 8/31 balance $33,201.35

St. Rose: 8/31 balance $32,171.15 –

Living Memorial in house 8/31 $1229.35 End of July balance $12,764.74 Item 8886.2

$100 balance Men’s Club June 30 at zero 8/31 $4140 as of – Diocese closed out on next statement.

Call and ask to go into $32,171.

Candle shrine: Sid Jensen working on it. CCD building: tear up carpets for new flooring. No word from Diocese re Security rental.

Saturday night Mass choir wants a lyric screen not only for lyrics but other presentations. They will donate to Church.
